Business contacts

If you work for a clinic or healthcare business, we may hold your name, role and work email address, and facts about the business, taken from the business's own website and from public registers such as Companies House. We use them to tell the business about our products. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling healthcare businesses about products relevant to their work (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We keep them for 2 years after our last contact. You can object at any time by replying to our email or writing to privacy@chronixhealthgroup.com; we then keep only what we need to make sure we do not contact you again.

You also have the rights of access, correction, erasure and restriction under UK GDPR, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
